Privacy policy
This policy explains how TABL Service LLC handles information for the TABL Mobile app on supported Apple and Android devices.

We use Google Analytics to count visits to this marketing website and clicks on links and buttons. For visitors Google identifies as being in the United States, Analytics cookies are permitted to measure visits across pages. Analytics storage is denied elsewhere; Google may still receive cookieless measurement requests, and international reports may be incomplete. This is not anonymous tracking.
Our page and click events use fixed page names and categories. We do not include contact-form values, email addresses, phone numbers, raw query strings, private link destinations or freeform click labels in those events. Google processes network information such as IP addresses when receiving requests and uses Analytics identifiers when storage is permitted. Google Signals, advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization are disabled for this GA integration. See Google's privacy policy.
A previous Analytics rejection, Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal disables this website's GA loader. You can stop future GA collection here. We save only this preference in this website's local storage, so the choice applies to this browser and website. If storage is unavailable, the choice lasts only for this page. Opting out expires this website's GA cookies; requests already in flight may finish, and previously collected data is not deleted by this control. Repeat your choice on other TABL websites or browsers.
Enable JavaScript to view or change this browser's Analytics preference. Browser tools can also block Google Analytics.
These controls apply to Google Analytics. Existing demo-request processing and Reddit advertising conversion processing are separate. Demo requests may send contact and attribution information to TABL's existing backend for follow-up and Reddit conversion reporting. On Coffee, Food Truck and Bowling marketing pages, Reddit's pixel also measures page visits independently of this GA choice. Contact support@tabl.page with privacy questions.
TABL Service LLC ("TABL," "we," "us," or "our") provides TABL Mobile, a mobile point-of-sale app for operators running on TABL. We use information to provide app functionality, process and support business operations, maintain account security, respond to support requests, improve the app, and comply with legal obligations.
This policy applies to TABL Mobile. Other TABL websites, services, payment processors, hardware providers, and third-party services may provide their own privacy notices.
We may collect business contact information such as name, email address, phone number, physical address, business name, and account identifiers. App marketplace privacy disclosures classify this information as personal or contact information used for app functionality.
We may process menu items, prices, categories, modifiers, order records, invoices, taxes, surcharge settings, hardware settings, admin preferences, support messages, and related operational records.
When location features are enabled, the app may collect precise location for app functionality. The App Store privacy label identifies precise location as data that may be collected but is not linked to your identity.
If you choose to upload or otherwise provide photos or videos through TABL Mobile, we process that media to provide the app feature or support interaction you requested.
We may collect device type, app version, operating system, crash details, logs, and similar technical information to keep the app reliable and secure.
We receive or create payment metadata needed to show order status, receipts, totals, processing fees, refunds, and reports. We do not store full payment card numbers.
If you contact us, request support, schedule onboarding, or submit feedback, we collect the information you choose to provide in that interaction.
App marketplaces summarize data practices using their own categories. Google Play's Data safety section currently lists personal information, photos and videos, and app activity among the data types TABL Mobile may collect. It also states that data is encrypted in transit and that users can request deletion. Apple's privacy labels use Apple-specific linked and unlinked data categories. This policy describes TABL's practices across supported platforms.
TABL Mobile uses Stripe for payment processing and compatible payment hardware. Stripe processes payment card data and may collect information directly from you or your business during onboarding, verification, payment acceptance, refunds, dispute handling, and payout operations.
TABL does not store full payment card numbers, card security codes, or bank account credentials used by Stripe. Your use of Stripe is governed by Stripe's terms and privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly used in U.S. state privacy laws.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide TABL Mobile, support your business account, meet tax, accounting, legal, security, and dispute obligations, and maintain accurate business records. Retention periods vary based on the type of data, account status, legal requirements, and operational need.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit where supported. No internet or mobile service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use strong credentials, protect your devices, limit staff access to the right users, and notify us if you believe your account is at risk.
TABL Mobile is a business app and is not directed to children. The App Store currently identifies the app with a 16+ age rating, while Google Play currently gives it an Everyone content rating. These are storefront content classifications and do not change TABL Mobile's intended business audience or our privacy practices. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or appeal of certain decisions about personal information. You may also have the right to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. TABL does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To make a request, contact us using the information below. We may need to verify your identity and authority to act for the relevant business account before responding.
We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the app, on this page, or by other reasonable means. The latest version is identified by the "Last updated" date above.
