TABL Service LLC ("TABL," "we," "us," or "our") provides TABL Mobile, a mobile point-of-sale app for operators running on TABL. We use information to provide app functionality, process and support business operations, maintain account security, respond to support requests, improve the app, and comply with legal obligations.

This policy applies to TABL Mobile. Other TABL websites, services, payment processors, hardware providers, and third-party services may provide their own privacy notices.

Information we collect

Account and contact information

We may collect business contact information such as name, email address, phone number, physical address, business name, and account identifiers. Apple lists this category as contact information that may be linked to you for app functionality.

Business and app activity

We may process menu items, prices, categories, modifiers, order records, invoices, taxes, surcharge settings, hardware settings, admin preferences, support messages, and related operational records.

Location

When location features are enabled, the app may collect precise location for app functionality. Apple lists location as data that may be collected but is not linked to your identity.

Device and diagnostic data

We may collect device type, app version, operating system, crash details, logs, and similar technical information to keep the app reliable and secure.

Payment-related information

We receive or create payment metadata needed to show order status, receipts, totals, processing fees, refunds, and reports. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Information you provide

If you contact us, request support, schedule onboarding, or submit feedback, we collect the information you choose to provide in that interaction.

How we use information

  • Provide TABL Mobile features such as checkout, menu management, order history, invoices, analytics, hardware setup, exports, and settings.
  • Sync app activity with TABL Portal, TABL Digital Menu, KDS workflows, and related TABL services.
  • Support account setup, Stripe onboarding status, troubleshooting, customer support, and service communications.
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, debug errors, improve reliability, and develop app updates.
  • Comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, dispute, and payment-processing obligations.

Payments and Stripe

TABL Mobile uses Stripe for payment processing and compatible payment hardware. Stripe processes payment card data and may collect information directly from you or your business during onboarding, verification, payment acceptance, refunds, dispute handling, and payout operations.

TABL does not store full payment card numbers, card security codes, or bank account credentials used by Stripe. Your use of Stripe is governed by Stripe's terms and privacy policy.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly used in U.S. state privacy laws.

  • Service providers: Cloud hosting, authentication, database, analytics, email, support, monitoring, and similar vendors that help us operate TABL Mobile.
  • Payment providers: Stripe and supported payment hardware providers when needed for payments, onboarding, verification, payouts, refunds, disputes, or hardware setup.
  • Your business and authorized users: Account owners, admins, and staff may see information tied to the business account and their permissions.
  • Legal and safety: We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, fraud prevention, security, or to protect rights and safety.
  • Business transfers: Information may be transferred if TABL is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide TABL Mobile, support your business account, meet tax, accounting, legal, security, and dispute obligations, and maintain accurate business records. Retention periods vary based on the type of data, account status, legal requirements, and operational need.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet or mobile service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use strong credentials, protect your devices, limit staff access to the right users, and notify us if you believe your account is at risk.

Children and age rating

TABL Mobile is a business app and is not directed to children. The App Store listing identifies the app with a 16+ age rating. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

U.S. privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or appeal of certain decisions about personal information. You may also have the right to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. TABL does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
